Hi team,
The customer would like to know if the input PWM duty cycle is 100%, what is the motor speed of this device and how is it calculated. Voltage: DC24V
Could you help check this case? Thanks!
Best Regards,
Cherry

Hello Cherry,
The motor speed depends on the motor that is being driven, increasing the PWM duty cycle increases the average voltage being delivered to the motor which in turn will typically increase the speed of the motor. If they would like to check the motors RPM, there is an FGOUT pin on the DRV8306 which will give you the commutation frequency of the motor.
Using this output can help obtain the motor speed in RPM from the device by using this formula: RPM =(60*frqcy)/(# number of pole pairs)
I hope this helps!
Best,
Isaac
