My customer is using DRV8871DDAR.but they want to use DRV8871DDARQ1(Automotive version)temporarily.
In the datasheet, there are some spec difference.
Is it OK to replace from DRV8871DDAR to DRV8871DDARQ1 directly ?
Is the spec difference only test and evaluation condition ?
Is there anything to need to care about ?

I am happy to be of assistance today.
You should be able to replace the DRV8871DDAR with the DRV8871DDARQ1 without a problem. The spec differences are indeed for test and evaluation condition.
The only thing that I can find that could be of concern that is different is that the automotive part DRV8871DDARQ1 does have a maximum current that the ISEN pin can experience, which will be 1 amp:
