2. Control: PWM

3. VSS: 10~20V

4. Current: 2A(Max 4A)

5. When switching CW and CCW, a product with a short delay time.

A product with a low voltage drop.

Hi David,

The DRV8212 (12V max, 4-A peak max, 785ns (propagation + dead time + rise time) delay) is one recommendation however, the max operating voltage is 12-V.

Another recommendation is the DRV8870/71/72 (50V, 3.7A, ~1µs (propagation + dead time + rise time) delay).
