I am seeking for a sensorless driver for the BLDC motor. Do you have any such product?? If yes then can you please share the part number so that I can get this.

Hi Pooja,
We have many sensorless BLDC motor drivers. Please advise what kind of specification you are looking for. I recommend looking at the BLDC Motor Driver Selection Guide for a better understanding of the specifications you can look for in a BLDC motor driver: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slvaes1
If your motor is <100W and control is integrated into the driver, I would recommend looking at the MCT8316A, MCF8316A, or any device in the DRV10x family for integrated control and MOSFETs.
If your motor is <100W and control is provided via MCU, I would recommend looking at the DRV8311 or DRV8316 for integrated MOSFETs.
If your motor is >100W, you'll need a gate driver device with integrated CSAs, so I would recommend looking at the DRV8323, DRV8323R, DRV8353, DRV8353R, DRV8343, or DRV8305.
Thanks,
Aaron
Thanks for this information but I want to know the rotor position at standstill and low speed for that which driver shall I choose?
Hi Pooja,
Thanks for the additional information - in the case where you want a sensorless BLDC driver and some mechanism to identify rotor position at standstill,
Some parts I can recommend are:
You may want to check if the operating voltages and general specs of these devices are sufficient for your system needs.
However, an example of the feature you are looking for would be 'Initial Position Detection' or IPD.
I've attached two resources below for you to look at this further:
Thanks and Best Regards,
Andrew
Hi Pooja,
Just want to follow up on this thread - did the information provided earlier resolve your question(s)?
Please let us know if we can close this thread, or if you require additional information on this e2e topic
Thanks and Best Regards,
