hello Ti'engineers:
our motor drive card which using three drv8350 have been developer.I've been doing some final testing lately.Everything seems ok except ESD test.When we shoot static electricity at the RJ45 connector(2000V and higher),the motor will stop running and drv8350 will report error.I check the chip and the vgls is too low lower than 3V.I think the chip was broken.But when we only drive one motor.It's ok we can pass 6000V.So Could you please give me some advice on static protection
