DRV8301: DRV8301

Part Number: DRV8301

Hi,

I have a question about the DRV8301, please.

According to the datasheet it is rated to 60V input supply voltage with an absolute maximum value of 65V.

In our application we are seeing that when we increase the input voltage to 57V the DRV831 chip gets damaged.

I can see that the DRV8301 is going obsolete and I would like to know if the replacement DRV8323 will be safe working at 57V, please.

Otherwise the DRV8353 is an alternative but it looks like there isn't any available. Have you got any other options, please?

Thanks Slight smile
