Dear expert,

DRV8908-Q1 can only support 80-Hz, 100-Hz, 200-Hz and 2-kHz PWM frequency.

Customer want to find a silicon like DRV8908-Q1 but can support 400Hz. Is there any recommendation?

Ryan,

There is nothing like the DRV8908-Q1 that can support this frequency. You would have to consider standalone drivers with external PWM like the DRV8871/72-Q1 or DRV8876-Q1.
