DRV8889-Q1: DRV8889-Q1, pulse. count

Hi~

In DRV8889-Q1 functions, do we have input step pulse count method or way(I couldn't find register)? Customer is asking that competition has similar register(7bit) which can count input step pulse, but DRV8889 doesn't have, so looking for any way or advice.

    Jin-suk,

    I am curious why a customer would need that feature.  What are they trying to do?  We do not have that feature.  The MCU that is generating the step pulses should be able to store in a variable to determine how many pulses were sent to the DRV8889-Q1.
