DRV8805: No output issue

Part Number: DRV8805

Hi team,

Here's some issue from the customer may need your help:

Using the DRV8805 to drive a unipolar small stepper motor, the motor should be free of problems, and the common end to the other 4-heels is around 250 ohms.

The nFAULT output is high, both STP and DIR are TTL signals, the motor is not active, Both VM and OUT1 OUT2 OUT3 OUT4 are 12 V for GND.

The same thing happens when the motor has been tried except for the 4-following wire on the common side and all combinations of OUT1~OUT4.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Best Regards,

Cherry
