MCT8316A: Speed WAKE PWM to control the speed

Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

The MCT8316A controls the speed by SPEED WAKE PWM and the motor speed by changing the duty cycle. According to the manual, the PWM wave frequency of this pin input is not the PWM switching frequency of the three-phase bridge, and there are other registers that control the switching frequency of the three-phase bridge. So how does the PWM wave frequency of the Speed pin input affect the control?

Could you help check this case? Thanks.

Input PWM pin duty cycle determines the PWM signals duty cycle applied to motor phases. you can treat this as higher the duty cycle of input PWM signal, higher will be the motor speed. PWM frequency applied to motor phase is controlled by PWM_FREQ_OUT variable.
