Hi,

I want to rotate a 1-pole BLDC motor at 10,000 rpm±3rpm.

Is it possible to store MAX_SPEED_REGISTOR = 1,000(0x03E8)?

In that state, If I instruct any Duty_CMD to Maximum, will it rotate at 10,000rpm?

I would like to try the analog input of SPEED control,

but I think that the rotation speed may change due to the error of the indicated voltage,

so I wanted to confirm this method.

Hi Yoshiko,

Thanks for posting your question in E2E forum. Yes, you can save the Maximum speed in EEPROM register and command appropriate duty cycle to spin the motor at desired speed. MCF8316A implements speed loop for better speed accuracy. To avoid any analog input voltage jitter, you can command the speed through I2C communication.
