We are using DRV8301 in one of our designs. We are using 2 DRV8301's to drive 3 motors in H-Bridge configuration. These are controlled by STM32 microcontroller.
We are facing issue at the time of startup of these devices. The way code is written is it initializes the DRV8301 in five stages. First DRV8301 is being correctly initialized, however second DRV8301 when initialized, reports back the Fault status. See the attached image.
The last trace (blue) is the nFault pin. Due to this, board doesn't go into the operational state( I think DRv8301 is stuck in the latched fault state here).
We are trying to figure out the reasons for this behavior, whether there is something wrong with the external circuit or any other issue. Interesting part of all this is that the we have 10 such boards, out of which 5 boards are working just fine (nFault pin is continuously high after initial rise)
