Hello Team,

I am testing a customer motor for ceiling fan application with DR10987EVM. Below are GUI snap shots.

It runs fine in open loop mode, but as soon as i enable closed loop, motors stops after few rotations. It mostly shows "Speed Abnormal " or "Close-loop stuck" lock.

can you please guide me how can i gradually transition my settings for open to close loop operation?
