DRV8311: IC Drawing and Recommended Footprint Missing

Part Number: DRV8311

The DRV8311 (PRRWR specifically) datasheet doesn't have a package drawing or recommended footprint. It refers to a "RRW" drawing that I can't find anywhere (including on your drawing search site). Support referred me to the Ultra Librarian page as "the official source for TI footprints" but I would like a real drawing if it exists.

Hi Daniel,

We are releasing the DRV8311H for production, therefore datasheet may temporarily have the package removed until release of the next variant.

Hi Aaron,

I thought your reply resolved my issue, but when I took a closer look I saw some inconsistency. The Ultra Librarian listing linked to on the DRV8311 product page has a footprint that looks like this:

The PDF you sent has an example footprint that looks like this:

The pin layout/numbering is completely different. Which one is correct?

Hi Daniel,

Ultra Librarian footprint is wrong. I need to confirm how to fix to the correct footprint. EVM uses this footprint which matches package example footprint I shared.

I'll reach out back once this is resolved.
