Could you kindly suggest me which TI solution has same function with WELTREND WT6616F?

The application of this new project is 350W BLDC motor driver,

This is a USB power delivery device, not a BLDC motor driver. I am forwarding to the USB team.

Is this a source or sink application. The Blockdiagram is not using USB-PD in there.

The TPS25750 is likely the closest device in our portfolio as it is a power only DRP USB Type-C PD controller
