Could you kindly suggest me which TI solution has same function with NXP TJA1051TK/3/1J?

Please refer to the link of NXP TJA1051TK/3/1J datasheet for more details.

The application of this new project is 350W BLDC motor driver,

please refer to the CAN part on EERD.

The best replacement will be the TCAN1057AVDRBQ1. This is pin-to-pin compatible with TJA1051TK/3/1J, and has all the same functions. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
