Hi team,

Do I need to use an additional MCU to control the DRV10975?

I just want to apply it to the fan drive. And can use PWM to control the speed externally.

    Hi Jimmy,

    DRV10975 is a standalone device so an additional MCU will not be required. However, you will need an MCU to tune the motor (configure device register) and program the EEPROM. Device comes with default EEPROM values but might not work for all motors.
