Alternative to Infinéon BTM7810K

Hi,

my customer is looking for an alternative to Infinéon BTM7810K. So far they looked at DRV8243-Q1. 

Is this the best possible alternative?

    Josef,

    There is a whole family of devices that can be considered here.  DRV8243-Q1 is the lowest power, DRV8244-Q1 is next in line, and DRV8245-Q1 is the highest power device in the family.

    Hi,

    I am Josef's customer and we would like to know if it is possible to have 10 samples for a first prototype batch in April? Moreover what is the stock? Mass production are expected to the end of this year, and we need to know when we could order it in order to have pieces for this date.

    Hello,

    I am on the application team and we don't have any visibility into when samples will be available or lead times.  The best thing to do is click on the notify option for each of the devices you are interested in.  We do have an EVM that is orderable now and can be used for prototyping.
