Replaces BD63002 solution

Hi Sir:

I have a project using BD63002 now, but I want to change the design, can you give suggestions part number and references design.

the motor spec is vin13V 5A hall sensor inside I want Pre-driver don't use MCU control.

    Hi Joey,

    You have a few options here to replace the BD63002, which uses a single PWMB input and Hall sensored feedback to commutate a 3-phase BLDC motor up to 24V. 

    If motor power is under 70W, I recommend the MCT8316Z (integrated MOSFET 3-phase simple sensored trapezoidal motor driver). 

    If motor power is above 70W, I recommend the DRV8306 (3-phase sensored trapezoidal gate driver).
