do we have also min/max values for VDS(OCP)? In datasheet we only have typical values.

We do test to a min/max in production. Please tell me the levels you are interested in and I will have to check test program.

Hi,

the question is coming originally from my side. We are using typically 0,48V threshold. A min and max value for this threshold would be very interesting for me.

The limits in final test are 0.41 minimum and 0.54 maximum.
