DRV8432: is it right voltage to \Fault and \OTW pins?

Part Number: DRV8432

I supply 13V to DRV8432.

\Fault, \OTW pins Max voltage is 7v.


but i measured that pins voltage is 12v.

so, is it right operation?

    Hello,

    Under no circumstances should /Fault and /OTW be 12V unless you have a resistor connecting them to 12V.  They are open-drain outputs, so high voltage is only possible if they have been pulled up to 12V which is not correct.  They need to be pulled up to a 5V or 3.3V logic supply from your microcontroller.
