DRV2624: Output impedance question

Part Number: DRV2624

Hi All,

May I have your help to explain the meaning of below 3 parameters?

or there is a training video that can share with us?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you.

  • Hi Chia,

The values ZO(SD) and ZO(STBY) are the output impedance of the DRV2624 in standby mode ( the device is in standby when powered on, NRST=1, and not playing a waveform) or when the device is is shutdown mode (NRST = 0)

when the device is in Standby or shutdown the outputs can be modeled as this:

The value ZLOAD(th) is the load (LRA or ERM) impedance that will cause the Over-Current Protection (OCP) to be tripped. This means that the below condition will cause the device to trip OCP and the device will enter standby mode

    Regards,

    Arthur
