DRV830X : By what standard is the X digit classified?
DRV83X2 : By what standard is the X digit classified?
Thanks

Hi David,
There is some ambiguity to the naming of our DRV830x and DRV83x2 parts. These should not really be treated as "families" and the X doesn't have real meaning.
DRV830x gate drivers
DRV8300 = 100-V abs max gate driver, up to 1.5A sink gate current, from 2020
DRV8301/2/3 = 60-V abs max gate drivers, up to 2.3A sink gate current, from 2011-2013
DRV8304 = 40-V abs max gate driver, up to 2A sink gate current, from 2017
DRV8305/-Q1 = 40-V abs max gate driver, up to 1A sink gate current, industrial and auto grade 0 available, from 2015
DRV8306 = 40-V abs max gate driver with sensored trapezoidal control, 0.3A sink current, from 2018
DRV8307/DRV8308 = 40-V abs max trapezoidal and sinusoidal control gate drivers, up to 30/130mA gate drive current, from 2014
DRV83x2 integrated MOSFET drivers
DRV8312 = 70-V abs max driver, up to 6.5A peak current, from 2010
DRV8332 = 70-V abs max driver, up to 13A peak current, from 2010
Hope this helps,
Aaron
