It is a bootstrap architecture gate driver that steps PWM inputs into VCC-level gate drive outputs for 6 N-type power MOSFETs.
DRV8300 supports up to 110-V abs max and -22V abs min on the motor phase pins and 125V abs-max on bootstrap pins. It also integrates bootstrap diodes and provides up to 1.5A gate drive current.
24-QFN package provides a MODE pin to support inverting and non-inverting PWM outputs, and DT pin which allows for adjustable driver dead time between 200 to 2000ns rather than PT5619 which supports fixed dead time of 500ns.
