BOOSTXL-DRV3245AQ1: MOSFETs are not turning on when INHx and INLx pins are high in 6x PWM mode.

Part Number: BOOSTXL-DRV3245AQ1

I have verified that SPI is set up correctly, nFAULT pin is not giving any warnings or faults, and registers are values as expected. I am driving the INH/Lx pins with an ST microcontroller at 30kHz PWM frequency. Please help in determining why the MOSFETs and GH/Lx pins are not turning on.

  • Hi Zach,

Thanks for reaching out regarding TI DRV support.

Do you have a TI FAE you are working with on this device development?

DRV3245 is a functional safety part, so we should refrain from posting the device information on the public e2e forum.

However, I do have an idea of what might be causing your problem - so I will follow up via your myTI registered email

    Thanks and Best Regards,
    Andrew
