As DRV8889-Q1 is out of stock, can DRV8889A-Q1 replace DRV8889-Q1 without any change including software and hardware? Thanks!

Jiawei,

Changes to hardware are NOT necessary. There are minor software changes as outlined on page 45 of the datasheet and you can go to the individual registers to see the description of the changes in more detail.
