Hi team,

I only find the voltage drop of body diode but no other detalis are specified in datasheet. Could you share some spec such as reverse recovery time?

    Hello,

    This is typically not specified for integrated devices, especially low voltage.  Can you please let me know why this is important to you?  Any reverse recovery loss would be very minimal if that is your concern.
