Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Customer: Suzhou National Square Automotive Electronics Co. Ltd

For automotive 24V system drive control, voltage requirements 5-36V.

Requirements:

  1. High-side drive, multiplexed, 10A
  2. Low side drive, multi, 10A/5A, 2 types
  3. Half-bridge drive, 10A rated / 5A rated, 2 types

Estimated production time: 23Q1

Expected production quantity: 1KK/Y

Could you please help give some recommendations? Thanks.

    Cherry,

    For gate driver products that would allow all of this control in one single device, consider the DRV8714-Q1 or DRV8718-Q1.  FETs are external and can scale power.  

    For integrated products, consider the DRV8243-Q1, DRV8244-Q1, or DRV8245-Q1.
