Let me check this with the customer.

I have some additional information. The customer did a quick motor test, swapping the coils on the motor and the issue stayed with the coil 1 driver output.

Additionally, they have six units running so far for three weeks, and below are the markings on the driver IC

11TC AP8F used on three driver boards
78TG5 ANJO used on the other three boards

Furthermore, these boards were manufactured and assembled by a 3rd party hired by the customer. The BOM was also purchased by the 3rd party.

On the failing parts, do they ever recover?  Or once failing, they continue to fail?

Hi Ryan,

On the thread liked to this post. They have mentioned that a similar issue as this was caused by an old material used in the silicon. Is it possible if you can share the solution done on the previous thread?

they recover after a power cycle runs for about 45min and fail again.
