Hi support team.

I have a question regarding LOCK_ILIMIT setting.

When Setting for LOCK_ILIMIT is "0h=N/A", Is the lock detection current limit disable?

I would like to know how is working device when setting of the lock detection current limit is 0h.

I believe setting LOCK_LIMIT to 0 will disable this feature but let me confirm and get back to you.

Setting LOCK_LIMIT to 0 will not disable this feature. It sets the current limit to zero.

Thank you for confirming.

When the device is reset, the initial value of LOCK_ILIMIT is 0h = N / A, so the motor cannot be rotated unless this setting or the setting of　LOCK_ILIMIT_MODE is changed.

Is my understanding correct?

Higa,

Value of LOCK_ILIMIT can be configured through I2C and saved in EEPROM so that when the device goes through a power cycle, the configured value can be used. When LOCK_ILIMIT is set to 0, you cannot spin the motor because the device will immediately trigger current limit fault.
