Hi HoJo san,
Please wait Ryan's reply. (You do not need to post "thank you" reply.
Thanks,

HoJo-san,
We test over the operating temperature range of device over the entire recommended voltage range of the device. <10 units are used in the testing. <100 cycles are conducted.
You will note that there are limitations on the deglitch time allowed for OCP based on voltage range. These limitations were discovered during our testing.
Please see above notes in the datasheet.

Ryan
Hello Ryan-san,
Thank you for your reply.
I understood that test was conducted up to 10 units and up to 100 cycles.
I'm not sure about that notes.
For example when Vvm = 30V, will deglitch time turn 1us automatically?
Does Thermal Shutdown work when short-circuit?
Regards,
HoJo-san,
Sorry for the confusion.
Deglitch time is set in one of the device registers. If expected device operation voltage is ever >28V, the setting for OCP deglitch must be 1us. It is a manual write over SPI. The device doesn't automatically switch.
Thermal shutdown is always operational. It may be possible to go into thermal shutdown after repetitive shorts, but this depends on your board design and ambient temperature. At higher ambient temperatures, it would be more likely to get a thermal shutdown with an output short.

Ryan
