Hi team,
My customer want to konw the condition when GVDD mode change from CP to LDO.
In LDO mode, what GVDD voltage will be? and also customer noted there is CP cap, isn't it necessary when LDO mode?
Best Regards, ny

Hi NY,
GVDD changes from CP to LDO mode around 6.75V. This is where the GVDD voltage goes from a PVDD doubler (2*PVDD-1.4V) to a regulated 11.5V.
Charge pump voltage comes from flying cap (CPH-CPL) which is required externally but since the charge pump is only needed for 4.5V < PVDD < 6.75V, the charge pump is very small internally therefore VCP does not require a storage capacitor.
When device goes into LDO mode, PVDD is regulated down to GVDD. GVDD has a bypass capacitor that is necessary at the output.
Thanks,
Aaron
