Hello,

Please tell us about these two points.


If you have output to SDI of ISC driver in Sleep mode
1: Will the driver break (output at 5V)?
2: Will the driver accept the contents (will the contents be reflected when returning to Operating Mode?)

    Hello!

    In the sleep state, the internal regulators are not operational.  There is no way to capture incoming data on SPI.  When device returns from the nSLEEP state, all registers will be at the DEFAULT state after power-up.  Device is essentially reset.  

    The driver will NOT break.  It is OK to have this voltage on the input during sleep state.
