I have a question regarding current monitor on DRV8245S in EN/PH mode full bridge.
I see the current sensing is implemented in both HS FETs, I was expecting to have a sensing in ON phase (HS1 ON & LS2 ON) and OFF phase (HS1 ON & LS2 OFF, with sensing to HS2 in recirculation)
Using the downloaded spice model I see a current sensed only in ON phase (e.g. HS1 ON and LS2 ON).
Is my understanding correct?

Thank you for your question.
Yes, your understanding is correct. During high side recirculation, HS1 is always ON and current should keep flowing. So current should be sensed both phases.

thanks for your feedback, I've run again the simulation of DRV8245S spice model but I still have doubts.
As you can see below, during HS recirculation, IPROPI do not sense the load current.
The device model is configured to PH/EN mode (S_MODE = 0) and load current should be sense continuously as stated on datasheet table 9-1.
I'm wondering if the spice model need to be corrected. What is your opinion?
