Sub 1V H-bridge driver

Dear E2E,

I have a few of custom solenoid coils that I would like to drive and reverse polarity.

I am looking for single or multi channel H-bridge driver that can operate at very low voltage (0.65V) with very small Rds(on) (less than 10 mOhm) since my coils have very little number of winding (20) and the wire resistances are only abou 300 mOhm.

I was not able to find anything that meets my speciifcations and I seek supports from E2E community.

    Hi Khoi,

    I'm curious of what kind of power supply requirement you have that only provides 0.65v to the gate driver. Is this for medical application?

    Hi, Khoi,

    Unfortunately, that is a pretty specialized set of requirements. I don't believe we have any device that can fulfill them. You'll have to build a discrete solution.
