Hi team,
Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
What is "flying cap pick PVDD level" referring to? If the input is 7V, can 7V be selected for the corresponding PVDD level? Thanks.
Best Regards,
Cherry

Hi Ryan,
Thanks for your support.
Is the PVDD rated ceramic capacitor referring to the PVDD voltage tolerant? For example, PVDD is 16 V, and the capacitor withstand level is at least 16 V. Or is this PVDD level referring to the maximum voltage of 40 V?
Thanks and regards,
Cherry
Hello Ryan,
The flying capacitor should be rated to the PVDD voltage used. If PVDD is 16V, use a 16V capacitor.
Do you mean that regarding the capacitor voltage tolerance, just being greater than pvdd is ok? Is the same for very low pvdd voltages (e.g. 4.9)?
Thanks and regards,
Cherry
