DRV2667: I2C Address

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.,

I am trying to use 3 DRV2667 Piezo driver chips on the same I2C bus but the I2C address seems to be locked to the same value. Is there any way the address can be programmed manually? Or is there a special order request?

Hi CSC,

unfortunately no, there is not a way to change the I2C address on this device. this is the same on all of our haptics ICs

We do have an EVM that gives an example of how to control multiple devices on a single I2C bus by using an I2C switch/multiplexor (https://www.ti.com/tool/DRV2605LEVM-MD) This is a LRA/ERM driver, but the schematic of the I2C section could be used as a reference.
