Dear expert,
Customer already build over thousands of boards. They found one pcs DRV8718 Vvcp abnormal.
PVdd=12V
All FET are OFF
Vvcp vs. GND supposed to be 20V
But this pcs DRV8718 Vvcp vs. GND is only 8V.
Is there any suggestion you can provide to me to have further check?
