DRV8301: Is there a suitable brushless DC motor recommended？

I wanna choose one  brushless DC motor  just like  DRV8301, But  DRV8301 need External MOS. could you please  recommend  me a  brushless DC motor with internel MOS?  I need   100>Vcc>40V,   I>=3A.
