Do all registers need to be set with SPI during every power on? Is there guideline about the SPI commend setting?

    Hi Brian, 

    Thanks for your question!

    If the customer wants to change any of the register settings from the default SPI register settings then the customer will need to set the registers with SPI every power on, as well as any time an under voltage event occurs (UVLO), and also after every time the device comes out of low power mode by using the EN_GATE pin. This is because in all these conditions the digital core will lose power and as a result the SPI registers will be reset to the default settings (the default register settings is all 0s)

    The SPI settings will depend on the customer's particular application, but if the customer has any questions about any of the particular settings let me know and we can give guidance based on their requirements.
