We have used stepper motor for one of our application. So we choose the DRV8711 driver IC. But we powerd up and connect the motor at that time drive goes OCP and UVL. may i know the reason for these errors.
We used the shunt of 5mR resistor. I have attaced our DRV8711 schematic below. Please do need full.

Is the device brought out of sleep mode? I suspect you need to write the UVLO bit to zero after powering on the device, or set RESET pin high then low.
Your external FETs shouldn't be the issue - their CSD88537ND QG is half the QG of the CSD18531Q5A we used in our EVM, so they should support even higher PWM frequencies than ours.
For the OCP fault, you may need to change your OCPTH bits, see 7.3.11.1 Overcurrent Protection (OCP)
