Please advise whether it is recommended/advisable to use DRV8412 to drive 2 TECs simultaneously (up to 3A each), in mode 4 (dual full bridge mode, one PWM input for each full bridge with complementary PWM
on second half bridge).

Hi Adrian,

That should be possible as long as the max peak current is less than the OC limit. I recommend ordering an EVM to evaluate if this setup is possible. My biggest concern is if the inrush current when switching can generate current spikes that go above the OC limit.
