We find this IC failed at FCT after passing ICT.
The power sequence is different if compared the power up sequence with ICT when doing the programming test at FCT, there is about 11V connect to TI component if only power up 12V during programming test. Whether only power up 12V will be damage the TI component or not.
And if can provide full datasheet which includes function of each pin.
