DRV8870: Drive matching issue

Hi team,

Drive IC DRV8870 to drive the Amfano e-lock motor, input 25KHz, 90% duty cycle PWM waveform, occasionally the motor will not drive.

    Hi Cherry,

    Can you provide more information if possible? 

    Based on the attached waveforms, there are quite a lot of issues that I can see. 

    1. Startup waveform is quite unstable. The current dips down to -2A for a short amount of time and then oscillates until it stabilizes. Are you able to share their schematic?
    2. The motor voltage is also abnormal. 

    I think taking a look at their schematic will be a helpful start.
