UC3770A: Suitability of UC3370AN instead of UC3770AQ

Hello TI team,

We are using UC3770AQ (PLCC Package) in one of our product. Can I use UC3770AN (DIP package) instead of UC3770AQ since UC3770AQ was obsolete.

Also could you comment on the RoHS and REACH certification and Life time of the part UC3770AN?

Hi Ratheesh,

Yes. you can use the UC3770AN. However, this device is very old but is still active and no current plans to make this part obsolete anytime soon.
