I had one more question about this but the original thread was locked. So, I have created the 100us delay as this (SCL shown):
The issue I still have is that there is no delay between the device addressing stage and first actual byte, i.e. the first 18 clock cycles. Is this an issue? I sincerely hope not because, AFAIK, the STM32 HAL I2C driver library does not provide any means to create that.
