DRV8889-Q1: How to evaluate whether 8889 can pass ESD test with specific ESD GUN parameter?

According to datasheet, all PINs can pass the HBM 2000V.The circuit of the ESD gun for HBM is 100p + 1.5k.

Now there is a new case about 8000V,150p+330R ESD test on the AOUTx/Boutx, and we add a cap 4.7nF(C2) on each PIN for ESD protection. Whether this PIN can pass the 8000V mentioned above?How to do the calculation/simulation?
In my understanding, there is a internal zener or something like that in the IC to clamp the voltage spike.The power capacitor of this zener,along with C1 R1 C2,determine how high the voltage level can be pass.

Pass check my point, correct me if anything is missing.And pls provide the parameter of ZD1 for further analysis .Many thanks!
