Hi Expert,

DRV835XF is Functional Safety Quality-Managed, which means TI will supply FIT/pin FMA, or FMEDA. But I didn't see those documents in ti.com:

I'll grant you access to this information - but note that this is covered by an NDA, so any customer receiving this material will need to specifically have an NDA secured with TI BLDC product line. They should be getting the files directly from https://www.ti.com/securesoftware/docs/securesoftware
