How to activate "Automatic Microstepping" within the GUI? Does "Automatic Microstepping" only take effect with STEP input or also with new setting values from the SPI interface?

Hello Andreas,

Please see below image snippet from the GUI. Auto-Microstepping can be enabled using the widget in the GUI. This will widget action will enable the correct bit in the register. Auto-Microstepping will support both STEP input on the STEP pin or STEP input via SPI, I assume this is what you were referring to in your question.
