My customer has used drv10983, but the EVM has been unable to be used, and the debugger firmware is prompted to be upgraded to 2.7.0.0, but the software cannot recognize the current firmware version and cannot be upgraded, and the parameter writing of the ic cannot be performed now.

Hi Charlie,
GUI auto-detects firmware version and provides instructions to update the firmware. Did you follow these instructions to update the firmware? There is a button that you need to press to update the USB2ANY firmware.
